Pool Winter Watch Program

What’s included in Winter Watch Program (WWP)?

Our package is designed to monitor your pool for the entirety of the off-season.

Our Winter Watch Program (WWP) comprises the following services:

  • Adding liquid chlorine/non chlorine shock and/or algaecide as required to maintain water quality.
  • Continuous monitoring of water levels with adjustments as necessary.
  • Remove water and excessive debris from solid covers and water, if applicable, from mesh covers.
  • Assessment of cover pump functionality, including hoses and cords.
  • Inspection of the pool cover, anchors, straps, springs, and water bags, with replacements made if necessary (billed separately).
  • Examination for any signs of rodents in the heater.
  • Basic visual inspection of equipment for any issues or concerns.
  • Monitoring pH levels, as elevated pH levels can cause scaling on the pool walls and low pH levels can cause pitting of the plaster. (pH adjustments are not included and are billed separately). This is especially important for newer plaster pools.
  • Basic visual inspection of equipment for any issues or concerns, inspect valves to make sure they have not failed, allowing water into the lines, and inspect plugs to ensure proper seal remains.

We look forward to protecting your investment this off-season!

Package price: $500

50% due at signing, 50% due February 1.

If an excessive amount of chemicals are needed, additional costs may apply. It’s important to note that once the pool water freezes, service will be temporarily suspended and resumed when conditions allow. The overall frequency of visits will be dependent on conditions and needs of each individual pool.
